New Delmon Hospital combines expertise, compassion, and cutting-edge technology to provide top-notch medical care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director Medical Services to manage our hospital functions and support the growth and wellbeing of our medical staff.

Director Medical Services will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical functions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and contributing to the hospital’s overall strategic growth.

    Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, ensuring clinical excellence.
• Oversee the development and implementation of medical policies and  procedures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other executives to align clinical operations with the hospital’s strategic goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance service quality.
• Foster professional development and continuing education for medical staff.
• Coordinate with consultant doctor and medical officers to optimize service quality.
• Manage budgets, resources, and supply chains.

   Requirements

• MBBS/MD with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Medicine or Healthcare Management.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and quality management.
• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
