New Delmon Hospital combines expertise, compassion, and cutting-edge technology to provide top-notch medical care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager & Administration to manage our human resources functions and support the growth and wellbeing of our staff.

You will be responsible for the full HR operation, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management. You will manage the HR team.

Manager Human Resources & Administration

• Minimum 05years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least      02 years in a Managerial role.
• A Degree or recognized professional Qualification in HRM (CIPM,SHRM,CIPD,or equivalent preferred), Masters in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in employment laws, HRcompliance, and best practices, with the ability to adapt policies to evolving business needs.
• Demonstrated leadership and advisory capabilities,with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Proven track record in driving HR initiatives, managing multiple priorities, and leading organizational change in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, supported by data driven insights.
• Expertise in Human Resource Information Systems.
